Sowlac is a complementary feed that can be included in sow feeds. The product is made from selected, standardized, milled and dried botanical elements, elements rich in natural antioxidants and materials rich in saponins, including highly bio-available organically bound minerals.
Sowlac is primarily used during a period of 3-7 days before and until 7-10 days after farrowing, but it is beneficial to continue the usage throughout the whole period until weaning.
